Return A-Policy
Returns& Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges.This is an independently run boutique where all products are created on demand. This means that when you place an order the product manufacturing process starts as soon as the order is placed. So if you request a return or exchange we would need to manufacturer a completely new product.
We manufacturer our products on demand instead of doing bulk production. This helps us to save resources, reduce over production and lesson our carbon footprint thus helping the environment in the process.We thank you for making this well informed purchase that will help the environment!
If their is an issue with your product please email us at (support@theomesefashionhouse.com) and let us know. We will take care of it for you in the following cases:
-Damaged on arrival
We will offer you a replacement for damaged or defective items.In this case you must send us the order #, pictures of the damaged item and explanation of the issue.We’ll be happy to assist you and reship the product. You must report damaged items within 7 days of receiving them.
-The wrong product was delivered
Please send us photos of the incorrect item and a description within 7 days, and we’ll process a replacement for you as soon as possible.
Order issues We Cannot Assist You With
-Faulty manufacturing or broken after use.
We will not offer refunds or accept returns/exchanges for items that become damaged after use.
Buyer changed their mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer remorse if a customer changes their mind after buying a product. As our products are manufactured on demand this will not be possible.
Product &Size Exchanges
Since all our products are made on demand, size exchanges require producing a new item. Therefore we do not offer exchanges on products.
Cancelling an Order
You cannot cancel a submitted order as the manufacturing process starts after an order is placed.
Return Addresses
Our manufacturer has several fulfillment centers in which items can be returned. These return addresses are only for products manufactured on demand.Please email us to confirm the return address before returning a product.

USA& Mexico
Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Dallas facility: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019.
Canada
Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
Latvia
Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Lidostas parks,
Marupe, Marupes nov., LV-2167, Latvia.
Spain
Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
UK
Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
Australia
Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders);
338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases);
6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
Japan
Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.
Brazil
Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to: Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brasil.
Disclaimer: The return address should be used only for product returns. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to these addresses will be returned to the sender.
Their are select clothing items that are designed by outside manufacturers. For these items you can use the respective return policies below:
Return B- Clothing Policy:
We will accept returns for certain select clothing items that are designed by outside manufacturers. These items will state that they can be returned in the product description and show a "Return B" policy. If their is an issue with your product please email us and let us know.We will take care of it for you in the following cases:

However, if you have received a product that looks too small, big or like the incorrect size please contact us within 14 days to initiate a return. These should be unworn clothing with original tags.

Once your return is approved we will email you a prepaid label.You will have 14 days to send the item back for a full refund.Free return labels are only available for items shipped within the 48 states.
Return C-Clothing Policy
We will accept returns for certain select clothing items that are designed by outside manufacturers. These items will state that they can be returned in the product description and show a "Return C" policy.If their is an issue with your product please email us and let us know.We will take care of it for you in the following cases:

We will accept returns of unworn clothing with original tags,clear garment packaging and SKU label.Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status.If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
